Competition Team!
For the advanced or competitive jiu-jitsu player, our competition team training is geared toward reinforcing core fundamentals, enhancing technique and preparing the member for the rigors of competition. This class includes time to practice
and drill the technique, and time for sparring. Workouts often include, but are not limited to, cardio warm ups,
judo grip breaking, wrestling style take-downs, high intensity drills and tournament style timed sparring sessions.
Advanced/Competition Team Training Classes:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7pm-9pm, Saturday 12-2pm

Day of Appointment:
Show up at the academy for your scheduled appointment. Our director will
guide you through the orientation process and introduce you to the
instructor who will teach your private lesson.
What to wear and bring:
Please bring a photo id and an extra t shirt, we will lend you the Gi (uniform).
If you wish to shower after class, bring a towel.
Membership rates and package information are only available in person at the academy.
